A very rare TN Japan vintage wind up mechanical "Long Neck Clown" toy. Absolutely beautiful and unique this clown include the original hat and when you wind him up his head bobs up and down and his left arm shakes. I don't know if his left arm held something at one time but with the position of his hand I don't think so, but a lot of mechanics for such a small toy, great engineering for this excellent wind up toy. He was made in Japan by Nomura / Nomura Toy.
