Starting in the 1920's Empire Porcelain started dating their porcelain with Month and Year, since this piece only has a 15, I am assuming the date is 1915.
Measures approx. 5 1/2" tall
Around 1890, a highly successful range of earthenwares, now called Blush Ware was introduced to the public. It is in very good condition considering it is definitely at least 100 years old. The handle and lid are nickle silver as indicated by the NS stamp, I believe.
