This is a dollhouse Victorian Era style miniature dollhouse clothes ringer that has marked on the bottom,made in England, 756169. It has some age spots on it that makes me think this is cast iron but I believe it is die cast. The clothes ringer has some pretty scroll work on the bottom. Other then a few age spots this tiny guy is in great shape and would make a great addition to some collector's collection.
